Rates: Payments & Cancellation Policy

 This is a 2 bedroom 2 full baths beautifully maintained manufactured home. $68 per night special for 2 people.  $10 extra per person per night. There is a  2 night minamum. It is $455 for a week. We offer the most for the lowest cost in the entire area and we are well aware of that. We also have the most liberal deposit and cancellation policy because we don't want to stress our customers, so we ask that you don't stress us out and make reservations on a whim that you know you probably won't keep. We do not take checks for final payment, only to hold a deposit, We return your check for cash at arrival. We accept small check deposits for short term rentals and refund if given 5 days notice of cancellation. We only accept American cash in full at arrival. No partial payments will be accepted, we do not chase down individuals for payments. The first person to register is responsible for the entire amount. If you show up with a check for the final payment instead of American cash you will be turned away.  There may be rate increases on certain holidays.

  Because our rates are so low,there is a $50 cleaning fee if staying less than 3 nights, our housekeeper charges $50 to come in and wash all the sheets and remake the beds ect.

Check out time is 11:00 am. Check in time is between 2 and 9:00 pm. Earlier check in allowed at no extra charge when possible.  For international travelers check about later check in times.

  Sleeps 5 comfortably with the 5th bed as a fold away bed in living room. To squeeze a 6th person in gets tight. Children 1 year and under, no charge.See photo below of kitchen.  

   Before your stay, we must have your phone, address and at arrival drivers liscense number. A hold harmless must be signed before registering.

 We are big on security. No fire arms , bee bee guns, sling shots or harming of wild life tolerated. This is a nice place for nice people. 

Beautiful views from every room.We also have High Speed Wireless Internet. Central air & heat, satelite T.V., phones for local calls.  No room service but it has a washer & dryer. We supply linens and starter supplies such as soaps, toilet paper, coffee.  There is no smoking inside of home, outside is okay. 

Pets, ask, we are in the process of a fenced area for small dog only, but we are not finished.  Occasionally we permit one small 20 pound dog,  No large dogs or pitt bulls.

Kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven. We ask that you use the  large delux electric frying pan and skillet and electric water boiling pots  instead of top burners to avoid fires. For experienced cooks that need more burners use the top burners if you must but be aware we do not have insurance, and keep a close watch. A professional cook stayed here and said the electric skillet and electric boilers were plenty to cook for 5.
