This is the ART STUDIO, enjoy a relaxing day painting either in oils or acrylics. 

Seminars in oils on the Book "Painting Roses on Furniture and giftware are Sept 1-6 2008 

 Seminars in acrylics are Sept 10-13, 2008 using the book Painted Designs for Little Girl's Furniture.

All Seminars are $400 for 4 days, 4 hours each.  Use my paints and brushes if you like and I will provide a tray or box unless you have something special you would like to paint.  I provide a late lunch of a Subway Sandwich.  You and your spouse may also stay as my guest if I have any vacancies at no charge, but if you prefer we have a bed & breakfast and motel nearby.  I only provide lunch for students. 

For private lessons other times of the year is $600 for 4 days.  4 hours per day, same as above. 

A place to unwind and relax

    I graduated from Florida State University in 1973 with a degree in Art Education and have taught thousands of students of all ages at all stages of painting, from beginner to advanced, mostly as a certified school teacher for Broward County Fla. and as a recreation director.   I paint both in oils and acrylics. 

   I painted as a decorative painter for my own business redoing and painting on old furniture.  I did this for 10 years, full time.  I now self publish art manuals on this very subject.  I hope you enjoy my books, when I first came out with them a few years ago they were well received, but a major medical emergency cut my plans short for a while.  Since then my husband has recovered and we have built a new home with a large studio to give art lessons. Come on over, you'll enjoy iit.
